The staff offered assistance and possessed good knowledge about local attractions. Breakfast met a high standard , with ample choices to suit various preferences and continuous replenishment of items. I also enjoyed an hour's private spa visit each day after a full day's walking.
Our room was a little small and lacked natural light. There was no view from the low ground floor double room, which I would expect for the price.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome and provided helpful assistance upon arrival. Daniella and Matilde were particularly kind and accommodating to my family's needs. Alessandro and Jordan expertly crafted fabulous cocktails at the bar.

Fantastic City Stay!

I really liked the beautiful room upgrade. It had a terrace overlooking Porta Pia! The room featured a comfortable big bed and effective AC. The minibar offered complimentary sweets, chocolates, and water. Toiletries were also provided. We loved the private spa. It included a beautiful hot tub with mood lighting and music.
The gym was too small. It had a new treadmill and exercise bike. I think the opening time of 09:00 is a bit late.

The room had high ceilings and unique decor. I also enjoyed the turndown service. The room's amenities, like water and chocolates, added a special touch. the comfort level was very high.

i had such a blast ! the front desk gave me free pocket wifi and a charger that i could use throughout the day! that was really useful when i was out exploring the city. i also checked out the gym! it had running machines and dumbbells!
the hotel room was a little dark for my taste, it faced an internal courtyard. i wish there was more natural light!

the hotel's location is superb! it is only a 15-minute walk to all the main attractions. for the colosseum, it is more like a 30-minute walk, or you can get a cab to the vatican!

The hotel lobby has very stylish decor. High ceilings and all things needed were in my room. I slept well in the huge bed and it was very quiet.
Lights in my room had problems. Getting the key card to work was also an issue. Reception staff were not cute each time I came and went from the hotel.

i found the staff very helpful. danielle assisted me with directions and recommendations. the hotel provided a power bank for my phone, very useful as i navigated the city. the spa was nice for relaxation after a long day.
the gym is quite small, equipped with one treadmill and one bike. the opening time is 9:00 am, not ideal for early workouts. i had to request early access.
